ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of Dohar Sista Arhanud in maintenance defense equipment and its implications for resilience equipment. In this study, theories used are theory, bureaucratic readiness theory theory. research method is a qualitative with analytical descriptive approach. Data collection techniques interviews, observation, documentation literature. Analysis data categorization, reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. The results indicate that through played by main equipment, it has increasing operational , age use create implementation maintenance, there obstacles faced maintaining including aspects personnel, infrastructure, budget, organization duties as well policy aspects. activities carried out have system, which can be seen two aspects, namely: (1) (2) after maintenance.
